Problem with Windows Update?

I hit windows vista and meet installed the updates that were free on october 27, 2009. After the establish my articulate documents' icons got unearthly (I hit articulate 2007). Instead of the older picture which was a generic writing with the articulate picture on the crowning mitt corner, itt is today a diminutive advertisement of the document. It is nice, but my machine also seems to be streaming more tardily when I am in folders with the articulate documents. Every instance I go backwards and forward finished folders the icons on my screen modify as if I had correct clicked and clicked refresh. Anyone additional having this or a kindred problem?

Vista has additional the feature of thumbnails for files another than pictures. If you would not same your articulate documents to hit thumbnails, when you spend a articulate writing uncheck the incase for "Save thumbnail" and when a folder is streaming slowly, meet modify the analyse so that itt doesn't ingest thumbnails.
