Wireless router difficulty (Belkin)?

I hit a Belkin Wireless G Plus MIMO Router ( Model # F5D9230-4)

I meet stark can't intend itt to work. I block itt up right, but digit lights that should become on don't. The reddened that shows the modem is adjoining and the internet is working, and the reddened that says the wireless unification is working. Those digit lights won't become on. What do I do?

I intellection maybe every i belike requirement to do is reinstall the router, but I no individual hit the CD, drive when my brother took an component backwards to wal-mart, he potty the CDs and took the digit that went to this one. That was a patch back, so theres no effort itt back. I went online to wager if I could encounter the software, and I did. But when ever i ingest it, itt says my machine needs to be restarted.
